The refund amount will be transferred to your Bank Account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa account. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original, unused condition, with all brand tags intact and not removed.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted in the following circumstances:

  • If the company has mistakenly dispatched the wrong size, delivered a damaged product, or if any item is missing from the suit, and the customer notifies us within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

In such cases, the company will arrange the pickup of the product from your address and deliver the replacement item. The customer will not be required to pay any additional delivery charges.
